It's that time of the year again...time for your performance evaluation. *sigh* I hate this part. They hold you under a microscope and look at every thing you have done for the year and judge you...because that's what it is...a judgement. Okay fine I get that you have to see where your employees performance stands every year...but why are you asking me to self evaulate myself? Do you know how hard that is? One, you don't want to come off as an arrogant douche so you have to put some faults and then you dont want to come off as a dead beat employee so you really have to put positive faults.
Two how many people actually tell the truth on those things? I mean really doesn't everyone really just BS on those things? what do you want me to write anyway?
"This year I accomplished not blowing my brains out or punching my sup in the neck when he makes side ways comments....what I would like to accomplish by the next evalution is to keep my sanity and make more money!"
LOL! I mean really I just finished writing up my self evaluation and it all sounds like such BS lol
This better get me a raise damn it!
