DC to NY for a Dollar??!!

WASHINGTON - How'd you like to take a trip to New York City from the District for less than the cost of a ride on Metro?
It's possible, thanks to the latest low-fare D.C. to New York bus company.
BoltBus, is offering rides between the two cities for $1. That's right, four quarters.
"It's an extreme value," BoltBus spokesman Dustin Clark says.
The company starts selling tickets at $1, but as the bus becomes fuller, the price increases -- so it pays to book a trip early.
There is also a 50-cent booking fee for grabbing a ticket online. Right now, the maximum fare for a one way trip is $25.
BoltBus says it will provide riders with extra leg room, comfortable - sometimes even leather - seats, free WiFi access and power outlets on board buses.
"BoltBus will offer basically every amenity available," Clark says.
The company is the latest in a long-line of discount bus services between D.C. and New York, including Vamoose Express, DC2NY, Washington Deluxe and Apex Bus.
BoltBus launches its service on March 27, but you can book tickets online right now. There will be eight daily trips between the District and New York City.
In D.C., BoltBus' pick-up location is near the Metro Center Station at 11th and G Streets in Northwest. Riders get dropped off in New York near Penn Station at 33rd Street and 7th Avenue and in south Manhattan at 6th Avenue and Canal Street.
Headquartered in Secaucus, N.J., BoltBus is a division of Greyhound Lines Inc.
